Interstate has sales, installation, maintenance and collection dispatch centers throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Our technicians are strategically placed in metropolitan areas so that we can provide 24 hour response to limit out of service conditions. Field and internal computer monitoring services are currently provided on coin telephones, coinless telephones, prepaid card machines, and all associated equipment. Service can be provided on a schedule, call out, or preventive visits. The company also provides independent sales efforts for public telephone and prepaid card locations. As an in house function, Interstate also provides LEC/CLEC line payment processing for several customers including filing for per call compensation.

Public telephones and prepaid card machines managed and operated by Interstate are located throughout the country including some of the top hotel chains and airports. These include coin and coinless type telephones.
